It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Shirley A. Deschler (Fort Wayne, Indiana), who passed away on June 20, 2022, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Friar and Ann Elizabeth Friar; her husband Michael L. Deschler Sr.; and her brothers, Jack and Gene Friar.
She is survived by: her children, Richard Felts, Diana Felts, Michael Reich and Maureen Reich-Cuney; her brother Wayne Friar of Florida; and her stepchildren, Michael Deschler Jr., Teresa Gallaway (Gregory), Michelle Dant (Harold), Andrea Deschler and Lesly Deschler. She is also survived by five grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren.
Memorial donations in her honor may be directed to Humane Fort Wayne (Formerly Allen County SPCA).
