She was predeceased by: her parents, James H. Pequignot and Fayma June Pequignot (Allendar); her sister Jeannie Parker; and her grandchildren, Bethany Lamboley and Garrett Lamboley.
She is survived by: her children, Douglas Lamboley (Connie Severt) of Columbia City and Shelli A. Smith (Tracey) of Fort Wayne; her granddaughter Meghan A. Frazier (Andrew) of Fort Wayne; her great grandchild Houlden Frazier; and her siblings, James Pequignot of Columbia City and Carol Hyser of Roanoke.
