She is survived by: her children, Becky Smith of Fort Wayne, IN, Mark Smith (Gina) of Fort Wayne, IN, Beth Thelen of Fort Wayne, IN and Greg Smith (Sandy) of Zanesville, IN; and her siblings, Sharon L. Pucaro of Palm Beach, FL and Jerry Stump (Marjorie) of Bloomington, IL.. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren.
