She was predeceased by: her parents, Kiley Jarrell and Blanche Hill; her husband Elmer Ray Mullins Sr.; her children, Elmer "Tinker" Ray and Nancy Rorick; and her siblings, Jerry Jarrell, Randall Price, Johnny Allen and Sharon Pauley.
She is survived by: her children, Dena England (Denny) and Ron Mullins (Susan); her grandchildren, Josh Cherry (Brianne), Danielle Sheets (Jason), Ronda Heine (Greg), Cami Renz (Jason), Kendra Rorick (Josh) and Josiah Sherrill; her great grandchildren, Cayden, River, Mia, Madison, Emma, Malia, Mason, Sam, Kinsley, Vincent, Theia and Maggie; her brother Charles "Mickey" Jarrell; and her caregiver Shelley Igney. She is also survived by five great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Shoaff Park Baptist Church.
