He is survived by: his parents, Paul E. and Mary E. Kelsaw; his wife Stacy R. Kelsaw; his sons, Juwan Kelsaw and Jeremiah Kelsaw; his grandchildren, Josiah and Ellisia Kelsaw; and his brothers, Demetris Kelsaw of Chicago, Minister Geoffrey Kelsaw of Indianapolis and Sean Kelsaw (Renee). He is also survived by three aunts, extended family members, friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the New Covenant Worship Center (3420 E Paulding Rd, Fort Wayne, IN 46816). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 at 12:00 PM and at 1:00 PM at the Highland Park Cemetery (2403 E Wallen Rd, Fort Wayne, IN 46825).
