She was predeceased by: her parents, Lorna Osborne and Jim Osborne. She is survived by: her husband Stephen Salisbury; her daughters, Rosannah Mack (Chris Mack) and Laura Salisbury (Stephen Dimmick); her sister Jami Kelly (Matt Kelly); and her grandsons, Reid Mack, Andrew Mack and Ray Dimmick.
A celebration of life was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 at 6:00 PM at the FairHaven Funeral Home and Cremation Services (6557 N Clinton St, Fort Wayne, IN 46825).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to ACRES Land Trust.
