He is survived by: his mother Donna High Sr. (Angel); his wife Keli High (Book); his children, Dylan High (Taylor Miller) and Kortney Cales (Luke); his siblings, Nadine Martin, Nola Falk, Rick High and Shelly Lee; and his mother-in-law Karan Shell. He is also survived by siblings; eleven, nieces and nephews.
