He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Berkey and Kathryn Berkey (Truex); and his siblings, David Berkey and Janet Brown. He is survived by: his wife Barb; his children, Pam Dennie (Steve), Jim Mize (Kelly), Jodie Kelly, Scott Miller (Terra), Stephanie Johnson and Stacie Bales; and his brother-in-law Ken Brown. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
