Heath (Brenda Lineberry); his daughter Chaeli Heath; his siblings, Nicholas Heath of Fort Wayne, Danny Heath of Fort Wayne, Meagan Squire of Angola and Heather Marie Garcia of Texas; and his grandfather Stephen W. Heath of Fort Wayne. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, one great niece along with cousins and friends.
