He was predeceased by: his parents, Gladys Heath and Spranger; his wife Marge Heath; his children, John Heath, Matt Heath and Julie Heath; and his brother Ken Heath.
He is survived by: his sons, James Heath (Maelle) of Fort Wayne, Steve Heath of Fort Wayne and Bill Heath (Arleen); and his siblings, Shirley Dickinson of Fort Wayne, Paul Heath (Melanie) of Fort Wayne, Bob Heath of Fort Wayne, David Heath (Mary Jo), Larry Heath (Sara) and Tom Heath (Linda). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
