He is survived by: his children, LaTanya Broomer of Clarksville, TN, Keonna Flotow of Fort Wayne, IN and Cody Flotow (Kendra) of Fort Wayne, IN; and his siblings, Johnny Nelson of Fort Wayne, IN, Ricky Nelson (Jaqueline) of Douglasville, GA, Minister Curtis White (Tammy) of Indianapolis, IN, Minister Bernice Jones (Deacon Willie) of Harrison, TN, Regina Moore of Fort Wayne, IN, Sandra Davie (Darrell) of Fort Wayne, IN and Minister Carol Bolton (Jerry) of Birmingham, AL. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
