She is survived by: her husband Herbert Ray Shanyfelt; her children, Melissa Shanyfelt of Fort Wayne, IN and Herbert Ray Shanyfelt II (Heidi) of Fort Wayne, IN; her stepson James David Shanyfelt of Lansing, MI; and her siblings, Steven Burnhart (Dianna) and Aldena Avery of Fort Wayne, IN. She is also survived by 3 grandchildren.
