She was predeceased by: her parents, Maurice R. Kirkwood and Anne S. Kirkwood; and her sister Candace K. Colyer. She is survived by: her husband Larry D. Sheetz; her daughter Angela Ottinger (Eric) of Fort Wayne; and her grandchildren, Lauren and Conner.

Contributions in Susan's memory may be made to The American Cancer Society or Humane Fort Wayne.
