She was predeceased by: her husband Matthew Vorich; and her brothers, Wilbur, Page, William, Jim and Eugene Churchward.
She is survived by: her daughters, Ginna Wilkins (Mike) of Fort Wayne, Barbara Lauer (Michael) of Ft. Wayne and Karen Hickman (late Donald) of Fort Wayne; her grandchildren, Kari Wilkins George of Ft. Wayne, Christopher Wilkins of Anaheim, CA., Eric Wilkins, Colin Wilkins of Ft. Wayne, Meredith Hickman Holdman of Lockport, IL. and Joshua Lauer of Ft. Wayne; and her siblings, Lorraine Hoss of Indianapolis, Paul Churchward of Indianapolis, Cecilia Churchward, Rita Kendrick and Edna Pennycoff Imel. She is also survived by 14 great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
Mass of Christian burial will be held at St. Jude Catholic Church (at 2130 Pemberton Dr., Ft. Wayne, IN 46805) Tuesday, January 24, 2023 at 10:30 a.m. with calling one and one half hours before mass (at 9:00 a.m.) Preferred memorials are to Matthew 25 Health Clinic, 413 East Jefferson Blvd. Ft. Wayne, IN 46802.
