She is survived by: her husband Sean Bushnell; her children, Caitlyn Bushnell (Rachel McNair) and Madison Bushnell (Aiden Buhl); her parents, Janet Myers and Bruce Myers; her siblings, Ericka (Dave), Elliot and Shauna (Ricky); her nieces and nephews, Sam, Maya, Chelsey (Justen) and Becky (Brett); and her mother-in-law Barbara Bushnell.

Memorials may be made to Cancer Services of Northeast Indiana or The Literacy Alliance – Fort Wayne.
