He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Baumgartner and Mary Jane Baumgartner (Wade); his daughter Elizabeth Anne Leppek; and his siblings, Patricia and Ed.

He is survived by: his wife Maxine Baumgartner; his daughter Mary Alice Milan (Jorge); his stepson Dann Adkins (Bri); his grandchildren, Jennifer Milan, Ethan Leppek, Matthew Milan, Martina Leppek, Marissa Adkins and Sierra Adkins; and his son-in-law Mark Leppek. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Memorials may be made to the donors choice.
