He is survived by: his wife Loraine Hively; his daughters, Susan Burgett (Greg), Lisa Yoquelet (Phil) and Kristine Stacy (Jeff); his grandchildren, Neil Sauvage, Michael James, Derrick Burgett, Daniel Burgett, Katherine Stein and Kumari Jainagerker; his great grandchild Hadley James; his brother Bryan "Tim" Miller; and his nephews, Shane Robert Peter Miller and Bryan "Kit" Christopher Miller.

Memorial donations may be directed to Ascension Lutheran Church and School.
