He is survived by: his children, Brent Middleton (Judy) and Tina Shaw; his stepdaughter Kelly Lechleidner-Guiff (Darren); his grandchildren, Courtni, Kyle, Taeya, Vincent (Angie), Richard (Sara), Stefany (Blair), Keatton (Shalyn) and Adam; and his siblings, Sondra Ferguson (Harold) and Alan Middleton (Karen).
