He is survived by: his wife Linda Spade; his children, Randee Salisbury (Tom), Renee Ray (Charlie), Rick Spade, Brad Chester (Rita), Brian Chester (Kris) and Brent Chester; his grandchildren, Dustin Haycox, Jason Salisbury, Brad Salisbury (Brittney), Nick Spade, Brett Ray, Jayden Chester, Danyelle Flaugh, Maddix Flaugh, Taylor Kennedy and Bailey Christlieb; and his brothers, Jerry Spade, Mark Spade and Mike Spade (Cindy). He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
