She is survived by: her children, Morris Hoevel (Barbara) of Okemos, Sharon Hoevel of Phoenix, Arizona, Carolyn White (Jeff) of Fort Wayne and Kurt Hoevel (Jody) of New Haven; her grandchildren, Corey Goodman, Ashley Thurber, Brad Hoevel, Dan Hoevel (Emily), Angela Hoevel and Anthony Hoevel; and her great grandchildren, Kaidyn, Kylie, Khloey and Claire.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Queen of Angels Catholic Church (1500 W State Blvd, Fort Wayne, IN 46808). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made in her honor to Stillwater Hospice or Queen of Angels Catholic Church.
