Smith (Kristina); her grandchildren, Will, Jack, Owen, Gabby and Beckett Smith; her husband Wilbur A. Smith; and her brothers, Don and David Halderman.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 24th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Elzey-Patterson-Rodak Home For Funerals (6810 Old Trail Rd, Fort Wayne, IN 46809). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 24th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
