He is survived by: his wife Sharon Busick Howell of Fort Wayne, Indiana; his son Michael Thomas Howell (Heather) of Fort Wayne, Indiana; his siblings, James "Jimmy" Howell (Susan) of Florida, Janet Fellingham (Andrew) of New York, John "Jack" Howell (Patricia) of New York and Dawn Moran (Patrick) of Illinois; and his grandchildren, Logan Weaver, Jade, Catarina and Tristan Hullinger.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that preferred memorials be to St. Peter Lutheran Church, Fuelling or Gethsemane Lutheran Church in Fort Wayne.
