He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Maddux and Phyllis Maddux; his wife Vicki Maddux; and his sister Connie. He is survived by: his son Brandon Maddux (Stacey); his grandchildren, Hunter, Noah, Brianna, Jadon and Jaxon; and his siblings, Judy, Billie and Tim.
Visitation will be held on Monday, August 11th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Tuesday, August 12th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the FairHaven Funeral Home and Cremation Services (6557 N Clinton St, Fort Wayne, IN 46825). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, August 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
