Thomas Eugene Erpelding Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Thomas Eugene Erpelding of Fort Wayne, Indiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 20, 2025 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Thomas leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Leo and Mary C. Erpelding (Conners); his former wife Pat Erpelding; his wife Josphine Erpelding; his son Mike Erpelding; and his siblings, Patty, James, Richard and Stephen Erpelding.
He is survived by: his siblings, Paula Spranger and Lawrence Erpelding of New Haven. He is also survived by three grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Michael's Catholic Church in Plymouth, IN.
