He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his daughter Kimberly O'Connor (James); his granddaughters, Caroline, Catherine and Claire; and his siblings, Carol Tidler of Vancouver, BC, David B. (Anne), Ewing of El Macero, CA and Beth Pappas (Tony) of Zionsville, IN.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association.
