Thomas Joseph Hengy III Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Joseph Hengy III of Fort Wayne, Indiana, born in Camden, New Jersey, who passed away on November 23, 2025, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas J. Hengy Jr. and Veronica E. Koch; his sister Margarette "Peggy" Kaiser; his son TJ Hengy IV; and his grandchildren, Katelynn Keller and Edward Keller IV.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Hengy; his son Mike Hengy (Sarah); his stepchildren, Tamera Brandt (TJ), Edward Keller III (Suzie) and Jerry Keller (Laura); and his siblings, Frannie Hengy, Ann Kay (Tim), Bernadette Martin (Craig), Phil Hengy and Eileen Tate (Ralph). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, extended family members, and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 28th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the D. O. McComb and Sons Lakeside Park Funeral Home (1140 Lake Ave, Fort Wayne, IN 46805). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 28th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
