He was predeceased by: his parents, Josephine Scalzo and Angelo Scalzo; his brother John Scalzo; and his grandson Nicolas Earl Scalzo. He is survived by: his wife Marcia; his sisters, Virginia Ford, Jane Sprando and June Overdorf (Gary); and his children, Melissa Christlieb (Gary), Thomas Scalzo (Sharin) and Timothy Scalzo (Karen). He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
