He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. John F. "Jack" O'Brian and Mary Helen O'Brian (Lewis); and his brother Kevin O'Brian. He is survived by: his siblings, Kathleen O'Brian Christoff (Dennis), Molly O'Brian-Adams (John) and Patrick O'Brian (Jeffrey Durnell); his nieces, Meaghan Vergonet (Drew), Emma Christoff and Hailey Christoff; his nephew Padric Adams (Joann); and his great-nephew John Vergonet.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 30th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Catholic Cemetery (3500 Lake Ave, Fort Wayne, IN 46805).
