Eubank of Columbia City, IN and Holden M. Eubank of Decatur, IN; his grandchildren, Gavin, Khloe, Noah, Kolten, Ella, Camdyn, Jordynn and Harper; and his siblings, Kenneth E. Eubank (Nan) of Huntertown, IN and Sharon K. Mullins of Ft. Wayne.
