He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Payne and Vivian Payne (Tanner). He is survived by: his children, Jessica and John Payne (Danielle); and his grandchildren, Daylyn Payne, Sophia Jones, Cameron and Averi Stevens.
Visitation will be held on Monday, May 12th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:30 PM at the Harper's Community Funeral Home (740 IN-930, New Haven, IN 46774). A memorial service will be held on Monday, May 12th 2025 at 6:30 PM at the same location.
