He is survived by: his wife Rhonda Lovett Kirkwood (Norton); his son Neal Kirkwood; his stepsons, Troy Lovett (Trisha) and Nathan Lovett (Emily); and his pet Ruby. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, and extended family.
Memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association or Humane Fort Wayne.
