He is survived by: his parents, Willie Morris and Dorothy Morris (Jessie Parrish); his children, Tierra Collins, Javeon Collins, Kamareon Hogue and James Outlaw Jr.; his grandmother Shirley White; his siblings, Preonda Black (Christopher), Delilah Phillips, Olympia Broadnax, TaRonda Collins Goode, Rashonda Gilbreath (Anthony), Lydranekia Nyekan, Devian Phillips, Aundrell Broadnax, Jesse Collins Jr. and Jovon "Silk" Collins; the mothers of children, Tiffany Martin and Tanisha Thomas; and his aunts and uncles, Lydia Kizer (Robert), Ruthie White, Debra McCoy, Johnnie Collins (Simone), James White, Danny McCoy and Jereal White.
