It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Valerie Herendeen of Fort Wayne, Indiana, who passed away on March 10, 2025, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
Though Valerie may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Valerie touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence "Bill" Herendeen and Patricia Herendeen (Runge). She is survived by: her sister Babs Zimmerman of Chicago, Illinois; her niece Heather (Kevin Mlynek); and her nephew Geoff (Mary Zimmerman).
