We are sad to announce that on June 26, 2022, at the age of 90, Vera J. Buhr (Fort Wayne, Indiana), born in New Haven, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Vonderau and Helena Vonderau Bradtmiller (Meyer); her brother Harold Vonderau; and her sister-in-law Sophie Vonderau. She is survived by: her husband Elmer Buhr; and her children, Roger Buhr (Hali), Lois Ehle (Tom), Joyce Koontz (Jay), Donna Leonard (Dan Gerlach) and Ronald Buhr (Gail). She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
Memorial contributions in her honor may be directed to St. Peter's Lutheran Church & School or Promedica / Heartland Hospice.
