He is survived by: his children, Waine Jr. Phillips (Stevana), Dan Phillips (Cindy), Mike Phillips and Cheryl Blackman; his daughter-in-law Michelle Phillips; his stepchildren, Jason Sylvester, Misty Purkey (Jim) and Elizabeth Young (Mario); and his siblings, Robert Phillips (Loretta) and Janice Boyle (Tom). He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; nineteen great-grandchildren; 9 step grandchildren and 4 great step grandchildren.
