He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Clark Niblick and Helen Niblick (Erhardt); and his sisters, Florence Witzenman and Elizabeth Neff. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Lee Niblick (Zuber); and his children, Deborah Rathsack (Michael), Carolyn Heck (Steven), Jeffery Niblick (Sandra) and Tracy "Trace" Niblick (Kathy). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
