She was predeceased by: her parents, Milton Albert and Loma McClure (Bushong); her children, Linda Joyce Collinsworth and Timothy Bernard Collinsworth; her granddaughter Amy Marie Collinsworth; her former husband Bernard Watson Collinsworth; and her brothers, George McClure, Kenneth McClure and Don McClure.
She is survived by: her sons, Barry Graham Collinsworth (Terri) and Michael James Collinsworth; and her daughter-in-law Karen Collinsworth. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren; and a host of relatives and friends.
