He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Welton, Sr. Moore and Yvonne Moore; his wife Regina Nelson; his daughters, Lori Howard (Keith) and Dr. Dawn R. Moore; his granddaughters, Cameryn Howard and Kyla Howard; his siblings, Tyrone Moore (Shirley), Benita Moore, Tanya Billingsley, LaVonya Moore and Shirley Sewell (Johnny); and his siblings-in-law, Johnny Nelson, Rickey Nelson (Jackie), Stevie Nelson, Curtis White (Tammie), Minister Bernice Jones (Willie), Sandra Davie (Darrell) and Minister Carol Bolton (Jerry). He was also cherished by cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
The family of Welton "Pop" Moore has requested that everyone wear face masks during services.
