He is survived by: his grandsons, Michael Ohmart and Alexander Ohmart; his sister Ann Cussins; and his sibling's children, David Cussins, Steve Conant and Lisa Conant-Nave.

Memorial contributions in Duane's honor may be made to Christ's Hope Ministries and Church.
