He was predeceased by: his parents, Wiley Kite and Helen Carr. He is survived by: his wife Paulette "Patt" Kite; his children, Wiley D. Kite II (Tim Kendrick), Jason Kite and Christy Almaguer (Chuck Cox); and his grandchildren, Erin, Elliot, Jahna, Joey, Jennifer and Josh.
