He was predeceased by: his parents, Sherman Duncan and Mary Ann Duncan (Wilkerson); his wife Edith Duncan; his son Wiley Duncan Jr.; his stepdaughter Judy Buttaro; and his brothers, Sherman Duncan, Percy Duncan and John Duncan.
He is survived by: his daughter Mary Barron; his stepchildren, Bill Jones and Pearl Harris; and his siblings, Queen Esters, Curtis Duncan, Delta Duncan, Mary Duncan, Shelia Duncan, Charles Duncan and Antonio Duncan. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
