He was predeceased by: his parents, John Fincher and Mary Fincher; his sons, Eric Thomas and Diron Fincher; his granddaughters, Erica King and Shyla Thomas; and his siblings, John, Ezell, Robert, Mattie, Martha and Emma.
He is survived by: his wife Betty; his children, James, Mervin, Tracy Thomas and Carla Scott; and his siblings, Charles, Joseph, David Fincher, Jerry Chapman, Lillian and Sarah. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and many other loving relatives and friends.
