He is survived by: his daughters, Karen Hampton (Jeff) and Susan Hipp (Brian); his stepchildren, JoLynn Conley (Jim), Heather Houghton and Timothy Houghton; his grandchildren, Karissa Hampton, Quinn, Andrew Gillies, Travis and Tyson Conley; his brother Robert Maki; and his nephews, Chris (Krista) and Jeff Maki.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Covington Memorial Funeral Home (8408 Covington Rd, Fort Wayne, IN 46804).
