He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruben Parris and Eula Parris (Blackwell). He is survived by: his wife Ula Parris of Fort Wayne; and his children, David Parris (Tina) of Fort Wayne, Michael Parris (Kay) of Windsor, MO, Paula Creel of Fort Wayne and Cynthia Parris (Jason Lawrance) of St. Petersburg, FL. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; and 13 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 20th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Harper Funeral Homes - Avilla Chapel (530 N Main St, Avilla, IN 46710). A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, July 20th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
