He is survived by: his sister Clara Scott-Brooks; his caregivers, James Jr. and Kimmere Tabb; his sister-in-law Henrietta Mims; and his close friends, Clauzene Moss of Fort Wayne, IN and Al Bates of Fort Wayne, IN. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
