It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wilma Ann Forks in Fort Wayne, Indiana, who passed away on August 26, 2025, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Wilma Ann Forks to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Werling and Emma Werling; her husband Don Forks; and her siblings, Robert Werling and Elaine Dueker.

She is survived by: her children, Shirley Howard (Kent) and Ron Forks (Lorraine); and her siblings, Joanne Dull (Chuck), Miriam Tucknott (late George) and Vern Werling (late Mary). She is also survived by six grandchildren, and 11 great-grandchildren.

Preferred memorials may be made to Coventry Meadows Nursing Home (for Memory Care Resident Activities).
