He was predeceased by: his parents, Sylvester Vachon and Clara Vachon (Weller); and his son Michael Vachon. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Vachon (Gildea); his children, Cynthia Vachon, Jeanne DuMont, Lori Jehl (Douglas), Sandra Savage (Michael), David Vachon and Stephen Vachon (Kristy); and his siblings, Marvin Vachon, Myrna Kendrick and Karen Sims. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren.
