He was predeceased by: his parents, Alton Richard and Sarah Mullinax (Gantt); and his sister Miriam Ridley. He is survived by: his family, Wyatt and Jesus; his close friend Carolyn Hall; his wife Carolyn Mullinax; his sons, Richard Mullinax (Jennifer), Marshall Mullinax (Babs) and A. David Mullinax (Leonice); his grandchildren, Alton, Russell, Felice, Arrow and Raquel; his stepgrandchildren, Ava and Gabriel; his nieces, Faith Ferguson (Don) and Megan Andexlinger (Peter); and his nephew Kenneth Christy (Jessica).
