He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Kincade and Thelma Kincade (Martin); his wife Phyllis Kincade (Hoff); and his siblings, Charles Kincade, Byron "Bud" Kincade, Donald "Don" Kincade, Bradley Kincade, Barbara Hensley, Delores "Dolly" Wilson and Betty Goff.
He is survived by: his children, Carol Sweeney (Jeff) of Miami, FL, Karen Kincade of Frankfort, KY, Jean Kincade of Albany, GA, Tammy Sabol, Debby Griffey (Doug) of Fortville and Richard "Rick" Kincade; and his brothers, Dennis Kincade (Janine) and Dale Kincade. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, several great grandchildren.
