He was predeceased by: his mother Gwen Peacock. He is survived by: his father Buck Peacock; his wife Desa Peacock; his children, Kyle (Kelsi), Kollin (Aubrey) and Kaylee; his grandchildren, Gracie, Maverick, Claire, Jack, Aiden and Alleta; his sister Sherri Crider (Mike); and his family Doug.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Heartland Church Student Center, honoring Doug's lifelong commitment to guiding and supporting young people.
